Type&Faces is an independent and not-for-profit design community, meeting in London every month to chat about all things design, type, and everything in between.
As Co-founder and head of Brand & Comms, I lead a small team of designers and oversee creative initiatives across social media, newsletters and print.
Wordmark and icon
With the aim of uplifting and promoting the creative community in London, we put people at the centre. The icon, designed collaboratively with Olivia Alexander and Yelizaveta Berestova, reflects this concept by featuring a smiling face integrated with the initials "T" and "F".
The typeface in use is designed by Matt Burvill.
Event poster announcement
Speaker announcement posts, nametag animation
One side features information about the event, who is speaking and the work they produce. The other side features a poster designed by our audience through an open call.
The zine is designed by Yelyzaveta Berestova.

The theme for the open call is different each month, featuring a bespoke identity that sets the mood and supports the brief.
After the talks are over, I capture a headshot of each speaker with their type work projected on their face.
